Switching off the course life setting in the graphics options cures large color bars splattering the screen on two different Acer laptops (the E15 range) with embedded Intel graphic chips.

Hello,
Not sure it will help you, but you can try to run TW06 in Compatibility mode:
Go to the TW06 icon you start the game with. Right click TW06 icon, and choose: Properties..... Compatibility
Now check box: Run this program in compatibility mode
And in the box below it choose: XP(service pack 3)
And hit: Apply
