how can you open the library .tcl files so i can get to the textures?
using photoshop i think i know how to fix the black textures on buildings houses and other stuff in the custom courses that have them, by changing the alfa channel to allow more light through.

Firstly, You can't edit compiled libraries or courses once they're compiled.

Secondly, the issue with dark buildings has to do with the shadow rendering in the game. The textures used on a structure, as a general rule, have no alpha/transparency layer on them. It's not stopping light since it's not there.
