PGA announced today they will be moving the 2022 PGA. Where would you like to see it? My vote would be for Firestone but am not sure because of the Senior tournament there. |

In similar news, Turnberry, which is also owned by the President of the US, will not be considered for any R&A events, including the Open Championship.
R&A Statement
“We had no plans to stage any of our championships at Turnberry and will not do so in the foreseeable future. We will not return until we are convinced that the focus will be on the championship, the players and the course itself and we do not believe that is achievable in the current circumstances."
To me, this one hurts a lot more than the PGA because of the history of Turnberry. It makes you wonder what it would take for Turnberry to be able to host again in the future. |

I always root for more Bethpage Black. I love the bunkering and a Tillinghast design can usually be counted on to keep the pros humble. |

Another under the radar possibility is Sahalee. The decision is expected in the next week. |

Firestone has reached out to the PGA of America.
No more word when a decision will be made. |

Confirmed- The 2022 PGA Championship is headed to Southern Hills!
Personally, I wish it would have been somewhere else but I am happy for Southern Hills. I may have to look into a creating it eventually. |
