Hi. Can anyone help me please? Where do I find CLsetup04 as I need it to install downloaded courses into game. Searched every where but can't seem to find it?

Nice, its possible you have to run CLsetup as administrator.
Right click on CLsetup icon.....choose: Properties....compatibility...and check box: Run as administrator...and hit: Apply
