Some players never can get their Windows 10 computer set up for TW08. Others continuously have to tweak their settings to get the game working correctly. I got rid of all of my windows 10 problems by buying a refurbished Windows 7 computer for $100 from ebay...

| Windows 10 sucks no other way around it and windows 7 was the best and XP is what you need to design courses. |

It's not expensive to buy a Win XP or Win 7 PC for games in 2020/21.
I have a Win XP computer as I enjoy so many games from this era.
Unlike the old days, good hardware doesn't cost a fortune.
You can have a total powerhouse Win XP machine you could've only dreamed about back in the day for relatively cheap.
Games work perfectly and all graphic sliders can be maxed out.
Highly recommend going this route. |
