I had to reset my PC and change compatibility settings to Win 7 because none of the TW08 stock courses were showing up in the TW08 caddie--they were in the game though, and could be played normally. When trying to install courses that I had downloaded before the PC reset, I got the following message: "Access to path :C\Program file(s)\Course Downloads.com\TW caddie 08\TW caddie 08 vista 64\Temporary Install Files\295908(9) is denied" for all downloaded courses. Its also happened with an attempt to install a new course minutes ago. Never happened before the PC reset. Don't know why now.
Anyone know what's up with this problem? The message continues on to the explanation of an "Unhandled exception", choice to "Continue or "Quit"(closing or shutting down the Caddie)and then onward in the detailed message to the use of JIT debugging as an alternative to the "detailed" dialog box. I'm glad the stock courses and libraries are showing up now.
Any help will be appreciated because I cannot restore old or down load and install new courses.

Hello EaglePlayer,
You have to use the correct version of TWCaddie08 ( 32 or 64 bit ), and you also have to run TWCaddie08 as administrator.

Thank you Gunpower61, I thought I had done that.
Another question (if I may piggy-back on the first post). If I sync my libraries first, why do the new courses (pour moi)keep saying there are "missing libraries" while installing or trying to install, like Ts_n Stakes 2004, or buildings, or architect-all very common files that are already listed in the caddie libraries of all the caddie libraries--'06,'07,'08 (my collection)? |

Not sure why it says the libraries are still missing.
Did you try to reinstall the libraries ? |
