| Hi Guys not sure what is happening here but has anyone else experienced frequent crashing and freezing up when playing tw08 in gameranger, it seems that within the last week or so every course i play stops working, i have only been playing fantasy courses so far so i dont know about real courses. i heard the game was buggy and thats why but i also heard that gameranger may be causing it i have no idea i only know that it spoils a great game, if anyone has a fix or at least a reason for this please help me out. and please only answer if you know, i get tired of people who simply reply without the slightest idea but think they are being helpful, that has not happened here but other sites are terrible for it. thanks guys. This is worth to try, the EA sports online components ( EASO ) can give disconnections on LAN or Gameranger:
When you installed TW08 then you have the option to Install the online components.
When you said yes then they were installed, when you said no then they are not installed.
The EA sports online components ( EASO ) are no use anymore because the EA Sports servers were closed years ago.
Some people told me they solved disconnection problems on LAN or Gameranger by uninstalling the Online components ( EASO )
When you installed the online components:
You can uninstall and reinstall the online components separate ( no need to uninstall TW08 game ):
When you want to uninstall the components:
go to folder: ea sports online
C:\Program Files(x86)\EA SPORTS\EA SPORTS online
inside EA SPORTS online you will see icon: Easouninstaller
Click: Easouninstaller icon , and online components will be removed

| Hi Gunpower, Thanks for your reply my friend, when i installed the game i did not install the online option so that is not the problem, but thanks anyway for offering a solution. have a very good Christmas. Winky |
