Hope this can help as much as it has helped my PC, which has a quad AMD 4 CPU.

I noticed the CPU was maxed out running higher end games and very hot,I have software monitoring by AMD.

I did not realise the position in the PC of the new Corsair PSU this was fitted at the bottom of the PC Case and I had it sat on a carpet :( the Corsair PSU draws air from underneath the PC case and out of the back ,unlike older machines where the PSU was at the Top of the PC Tower and drew air out.

I moved the PC up off the carpet and fitted 1 System Fan which exhausts out at the top of the PC Case,
The PC is now running with about a 60% improvement , CPU Temperature down by almost half,
rough sketch attached

Also having a fan in the front, drawing air over and out the new rear fan, might help as well. With fans, its a good idea to take the side panel off every now and then. To clean the dust build up. Just a thought.

Yes thanks dawg8 , I forgot to mention the GPU Fan was also full of dust { I have a Mini PC vacuum cleaner }, and I read some where if you have 1 intake fan you need 2 out let fans , as just having 1 of each can create a negative pressure in the PC Tower.
The older PSU`s did exhaust hot air out of the top of the PC tower , but as you see from my rough sketch this Corsair PSU , only exhausts hot air out of it`s self , not the PC Tower.

Argon is using a mini PC vacuum cleaner, that is ok, but be carefull when youi use another sort of vacuum cleaner:

Just a note: Be carefull when you clean your pc with a vacuum cleaner:
The static electricity on a vacuum cleaner can destroy the electronic components on your PC.
So when you use a vacuum cleaner ( not recommended ), stay at least 5 cm away from the components of your PC.
