Some PC systems have two graphics cards ( GPU's )
The guy who builds my PC's says another issue with W 10 is that it doesn't like switchable GPU's. He suggests that there are lots of those in use, and the TW 08 user who has this setup needs to choose one, in this case the discrete card, thereby disabling switcheability.
