Hi Everyone
I know the game selects players for a PGA tour - however Bangus had a post a while back that said
he figured out how TW08 selected the players for a tour from Pga Tour - Champ Tour and Small tour.
He said you could make a custon tour with players of your choice. However I can't find that post or
a way to contact Bangus. I could not find a way to look at a members posts.

When playing the default PGA Tour career, the game draws players from the 3 different Tour folders, depending on the tournament: PGA Tour, PGA Champ, and PGA Small. A couple of years back I spent some time figuring out which folder was used for each tournament, but I lost that list. If you want to figure it out for yourself, I can tell you an easy way to do that.
Otherwise, you can create your own custom PGA Tour career/season and custom cpu opponent Tour folders, and then assign the specific players you want to include in any tournament you play. There are restrictions though as the game will randomly choose around 150 players per tournament. So if you want to include specific players in specific tournaments, you need to keep the number of plr files in the Tour folder to 150 or less.

To update opponents for your leaderboard: switch profiles and create a new player, then switch back to your profile. Go to set up a game. In the Select Golfer screen, highlight your new player, switch him from human to computer player, and assign his abilities. Exit the game and locate his plr file, located in Documents / TW 08 / Career / Players. Copy and paste his plr file into the PGA Tour folder, located in Program Files / EA Sports / TW 08 / Players.
