I uploaded my very first video to youtube tonight, recording game footage. Sorry about the really bad tournament that I had. I did a lot of testing during this tournament. Getting my feet wet on the whole recording and youtube experience.

I hope to do more of this as time goes on. I plan on creating a brand new career with an new player and starting him as a rookie on tour.

Take a look and give me some feedback as to how the content flowed,thoughts on how it could be better, etc.

Fraps for recording and Movie Maker Live for editing and making it ready for youtube. I used a website called canva.com to create my custom thumbnail for the video.

Nice vid Husker

A short vid to show what a 10 years old game/graphics engine is capable of with some tweaking and 3rd-party tools. Well, still waiting for the NextGen PC Golf Game that beats Tiger Woods 2008 in gameplay, physics and graphics !!!

Very nice Jo! I wish that I had a stronger system so that I could run some of the newer graphics mods. But my system just crashes if I max out the different characteristics. You think that I could do anything about that?

@husker
You have to try what is possible with your system. Don't know your system specs, but a lower-mid-range graphics card (e.g. R9 270X) got enough power.

The fps drop is huge, especially with the settings in this video. Without the tweaks I get > 100 fps, with AMBIENTOCCLUSION, DEPTHOFFIELD and SMAA turned on around 50 - 60 (1980x1050).

The Shader-Suite used in this video is called Reshade + Mastereffect Reborn.

Jo,

Is there some trick to getting the water effect to operate properly like it does in your posted videos? Ever since I've been using Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. I can't get the desired ripples and reflections.

Looks awesome Jo! Here is a snapshot of my system. Don't know if I am chasing something that just can't happen with this laptop, but will try to play with the settings.
