3 weeks ago I upgraded my Operating System to Windows 7 from Vista. I installed TW 08, and immediately I received 3 messages.

1. Can't initialize Directx9, make sure it is up to date. I am running Directx11

2. Game doesn't officially support video card. My graphics card was working the day before I installed Win 7, it is a nvidia GEforce

3. Not enough video memory.

I searched on here for numerous options and tried a few with no luck. I have downloaded FRAPS and tried starting that before running TW08, with no luck. I also tried the ideas that was posted by Cutesy Button's ideas. I love playing this game and miss it. I would appreciate any help or advice as I am lost. My C: drive is a ssd that has only my operating system and my hard drive is a my D: drive.

A bit strange, it should work on Win7.
Did you try to uninstall and reinstall TW08 ?
You can also try to run TW08 in compatibility mode:

1. Right click on the program's shortcut ( TW08 icon )
2. Click on Properties
3. Click on the Compatibility tab
4. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box
5. in the list choose: Windows XP ( service pack 2 ), or you can also try to choose Vista
