Hi all,
It looks like several people are having problems with downloading courses.
We have a few questions, so we can find the problem:
When you have problems with the downloads:
1. What browser are you using ( Internet explorer or Google Chrome......etc... )
2. Are you using the Create myzip feature ( or are you downloading the course and libraries in separate files )
3. You receive an error message ?

| I can only download 1 file at a time...using Chrome browser. MyZip doesn't work. |

myzip the course (yalong) and 2 new libs
myzip file only saved 1 lib, not course or other lib needed
using clsetup
guessing it''''s a myzip problem, not just a caddie issue?
Also:
download page does not update to show any of them downloaded
tried 2nd time, 2 libraries only
only 1 library in the myzip
download page again did not update to show they downloaded
3rd time, only clicked on library needed (the one not downloaded in first 2 tries)
downloaded fine, course download page updated to show it had been downloaded |

Big thanks for the replies, we know what is happening now.
Jbcalg described it perfect, it looks like the create myzip feature refuses to add multiple files.
The site owner TruBluMich was contacted and is working on fixing it.

| Hi all, the create myzip feature is not fixed yet, but i will post a workaround in 2 hours, so you can use the create myzip feature to install courses. |

Still working on myZip, sorry everyone. Setting up a new server to move everything to now to see if it fixes whatever is causing the issue |
