Just got tiger 07 and when im chipping around the greens the club will act crazy
Its hard for me to get full power and sometimes he will not even hit the ball.. Takes 3 tries to hit it sometimes

Is this something to do with my graphics card or settings ?

Hi, not sure it will fix your problem, but i remember some people had to change some settings in TW07:

Start game TW07 and on main screen go to: Options...graphics ....and i think there you have option to set to: Manual settings

And turn off next things:
Turn off: atmospheric lighting.... lens flare.... depth of field... and bloom
