| Tiger Woods 2008 - when I download custom golfers some of them can't hit the clubs the normal distance. All the settings look correct but the ball travels 20 percent less than expected. Any ideas on how to fix? Some hit normal and some (Dustin Johnson for instance) are very short... |

| It may be that the custom golfer has not got 75 or 100 % attributes , creating a player and chosing (Pro) gives the newly created player 75% attributes which is good enough for online play, my custom golfers on here have 100% attributes |

How do you get them to have 100% attributes? I know how to change the golfers computer abilities in custom games area, but I don't know anything about changing attributes. Help please!
BTW, drives are maxed out at 300 under PC abilities section under custom games. |

In custom games I can get 327 yds from the driver without a Power shot, this does not apply online of course see pic attached |

argon22. I am interested in your 100% out of your custom golfers? I have found that there doesnt ssem to be any ryme or reason as to why some custom golfers hit the ball further than another.
For example when creating the custom golfer Cory Pavin I used his PGA distance average of 267.1 yards; yet when I use him in a custom game he hits the ball over 300 yards. Conversley as mentioned by the previous poster with the cutstom golfer Dustin Johnson I used his PGA distance average of 300 yds (really 309 yards), however I at first wasnt able to get his drives over 275-280 yards. By changing the shaft to a flex shaft and the ball I was able to increase his overall distance to consitantly 285-290.
Looking at the stock TW08 Golfer Ricky Barnes as a further example his PGA average distance is 283.2 yards. However when used in a game scenario he dosent hit the ball over 260 yards EVER!!!!.
A number of custom golfers I have created have shown similar issues. Gunpower assures me that there is nothing wrong on my end. He doesnt know why it happens he believes it may be a glych in the system.
I had a similar distance issue with Lee Westwood so I deleted him and recreated him and cured the probelm. Yet with er custom golfer Keegan Bradley a similar delete and re-create proved fruitless. The results remeained the same.

A custom Golfer with 100 % attributes hits the ball further in custom games the same as in Practise, this same golfer does not hit those yardages online of course, + I use the Bridgestone B3302 ball, lots of players on expert level use this ball.
