seems to be focused on the ntdll.dll file
possibly bad memory/ram stick or hardware changes
could do a mem test or if you recently updated video drivers, roll back to the last one used IMO - most video driver updates, especially for mature cards, are for very specific issues/software so really very little reason to update them unless they address a specific issue you have most people dont read the readme files for driver updates which outlines the issues the driver update is supposed to fix
emphasis on the "supposed to" LOL |

I ran memory diagnostics.. no problems found. I checked my video drivers, they are up to date from July, 2014, this problem isn't that old. I did a complete reinstall hoping that would fix the problem with no luck. thx for the quick reply.. i'll continue to look for a solution. |

Not sure this will help, but maybe worth to try:
This info was provided by one of our members: petrap417
For some people that get booted out of the game, weather it be game ranger hamachi or any other online gaming site that you play tiger woods game: There is no need to have the EA sports online folder it can be deleted al together. The folder is located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\EA SPORTS online ( Note: Not all people will have the folder installed, when you installed TW game you had the option to install it yes or no ) I see people getting booted and found that if deleted it goes away for the most part. So when you have the folder EA Sports online, you can delete the whole folder. It only served as a portal for the EA server, since it no longer exist you dont need it any more Oh and if ur not comfortable doing this just send it to a folder on ur desktop should work fine.

thx for the tip Pat. I deleted the folder, played 9 holes and didn't crash. That's a good start. I will keep you posted as to whether or not this resolves the crash issue. ed |

JB, I ran the System File Checker, the results are below:
C:\Windows\system32> C:\Windows\system32>SFC /SCANNOW
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
C:\Windows\system32>
Thx for the suggestions ed |

Up-Date. I installed and ran the free version of Super Anti Spyware. It found some issues that I have dealt with. I also have found an issue in my Device Manager. There is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in: Network Adapters/ Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface. There is conflicting support as to whether or not to Disable or Uninstall and whether it is necessary with WIN 7 & later OS's.. I have no clue on this one.. so again.. to some of our more savy members.. ty in advance for any suggestions. I think my final step is going to be a new Motherboard. thx ed |

The error you got is caused by memory leaks, although not very common, they do occur on occassion. If you continue getting the error, it means your RAM is going bad and probbly needs changed soon. If you get them seamingly out of the blue, it just means that the application that caused the error attempted to read memory it was not authorized and the error handlers of the application were not designed to deal with the situation, crashing the application. |
