Coming soon to Utilities: Introduction to Library Use For Course Design. This is aimed at entry-level designers. It is fairly simple and comprehensive, covering key concepts, selection, management, trouble-shooting. It's kind of a cheat sheet, and contains many answers to FAQs from the forums. Experienced designers may not find anything new. I hope that it smoothes the path for aspiring course architects. Oh, yeah... Read it before you post your question to the forums! ;-p
I had to go on my own experience, one proof-reading by a well-known designer; searching the forums; and reading manuals and help files.
I am open to edits and revisions, which I will probably hold until site migration time.
